Story

Allie Grace is a Counseling Intern at Tapestry and is currently in her final year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Richmont Graduate University. She is passionate about integrating faith and counseling; she values supporting clients in ways that honor both their emotional and spiritual lives.

Originally from the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Allie Grace was raised in a loving and supportive Christian home as a third-generation pastor’s kid. This background shaped her curiosity about how faith intersects with real-life struggles, identity, and the process of growing into who we are. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lee University in Tennessee, where she discovered her passion for walking alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

In the counseling room, Allie Grace prioritizes authenticity, compassion, and genuine connection. She works collaboratively with clients as they explore core beliefs, navigate anxiety, process relational dynamics, and make sense of who they are and who they are becoming. She has a heart for creating a space where clients feel seen, known, and safe to be honest—while also leaving room for growth, hope, and even moments of laughter along the way.

Outside of her work, Allie Grace enjoys trying new coffee shops with friends, reading, being outside, and most of all, spending time with her husband and family.
