Rebuild connection, build healthy communication, and understand your spouse's deeper needs.
Are you in the early years of your relationship and struggling to establish a positive communication and conflict-resolution style?
Do you sense a growing tension or disconnect that is dampening the joy and passion you shared earlier?
First Five is a therapy group for couples in the first five years of marriage. It is designed to support couples striving to build a healthier, more connected relationship. In a positive, therapeutic setting that blends professional and Christian perspectives, couples explore communication, conflict resolution, attachment styles, emotional and sexual intimacy, and the relational dynamics that help a marriage thrive.
The group is practical, respectful, and focused on helping spouses better understand and care for one another without assigning blame. First Five helps couples form relational habits that can keep their marriage strong across the lifespan. Group and individual therapy formats are combined to make it a more cost-effective option for younger, budget-conscious couples.
